Corrections, missing sources, and well-sourced disagreement are welcome. Personal medical advice by email is not offered.
hello@microbiomeinterpretation.com
What to send
A short message is enough. Helpful details include:
- The page URL (for example
/foundations/dysbiosis) - What seems wrong or overstated
- A DOI, PMID, or link to the source you think we should use
- Whether you are reporting a typo, a factual error, or a broader interpretive disagreement
You do not need to identify yourself unless you want to. Pseudonymous or one-off emails are fine.
What not to send
- Full microbiome reports or raw sequencing files for personal interpretation
- Detailed symptom histories, diagnoses, or treatment questions
- Medical images or other sensitive health data
- Spam, SEO pitches, or paid placement requests
We cannot provide clinical advice and are not set up to store health information securely. For personal care, see a qualified clinician. For urgent symptoms, use local emergency services.
What to expect
Messages are read in batches. Substantive corrections are prioritised; we aim to acknowledge well-formed reports within a few weeks, but there is no guaranteed response time. Fixes appear on the normal site update cycle after verification.
